OPERATIONS AND SALES ENABLEMENT MANAGER

JOB TITLE: Operations and Sales Enablement Manager  

LOCATION: BRISTOL / UK based remote working 

SALARY: Based on Experience   

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full time or Part time  

We are recruiting for an Operations and Sales Enablement Manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for all operational and sales enablement activities to support our Field Teams (sales and delivery).  Ideally you will have prior experience of working in a hyper growth start up in a similar role; improving and implementing operational processes, whilst ensuring business continuity and managing internal change procedures.

Operational Activities include but not limited to:  

  • Day to day running of the office. 

  • General book keeping and basic accounting; expense tracking and invoicing. 

  • Manage delivery resources including; resource planning and time tracking.  

  • Support international expansions plans; through hiring and ensuring compliance in accordance with local and regional law. 

Sales Enablement Activities include but not limited to:  

  • Working closely with sales, delivery and our partners to develop winning bids and proposals.  

  • Implement new operational process to improve bid and sales lifecycles.  

  • Create high quality bids and proposals in line with Changing Social’s existing service offerings and custom bids based on our prospect's requirements and needs.  

  • Prepare and maintain accurate reporting metrics of sales activities, utilisation and sales effectiveness across our sales and partner sales teams in the UK and US.  

Requirements:  

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills (spelling and grammar test, as part of interview process). 

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills. 

  • Project and Operations Management Experience.  

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (including SharePoint Online). 

  • Bachelor's Degree or Higher; in English Literature, Social Science or a Business-related degree.
