We launched Changing Social because many organisations aren’t equipped with the knowledge, skills or resources required to fully adopt Office 365. With several clients already on-board, Changing Social’s Managing Director, Steve Crompton, believed that the time was right for the business to mature and day one saw the start of the company’s first project
Our first project saw us implement Microsoft Teams for a national coffee distributor. Clifton Coffee Roasters have experienced meteoric growth over the past 17 years; however, as the company continued to grow, its technology and communications had failed to scale at the same rate. Changing Social were able to develop an adoption strategy for Microsoft Teams that not only achieved the company’s goal of improving communication and collaboration across the organisation, but also brought in new ways of tracking and logging allergen information, ensuring that the company remains fully compliant with food safety regulations.
Our partners are extremely important to us. Earlier this month we had the pleasure of announcing our exclusive partnership with Boost – a leader in helping front-line tech organisations develop more relevant and value-enhancing propositions. The first month has also involved developing relationships with partners whose vision and values closely align to our own. One of those partners is 365Tribe, who we feel are an exciting and innovative new company that have a unique value proposition specifically around managing and engaging digital champions. Through Boost Technology Group, we are continuing to identify key partners and Boost are committed to supporting our partners in the sales enablement process, ensuring that these partners are equipped with the resources and skills to sell our services appropriately to their clients.
Another exciting proposition that we have been developing in our first month is a range of adoption packages specific to the education sector. Working closely alongside the Education team at Microsoft, we are helping individuals within schools; colleges and universities obtain real value from Office 365 through a unique adoption and change management solution providing a best in class in service without the hefty consulting price tags.
