Our mission is to make adoption and change management accessible and affordable to organisations of all shapes and sizes to enable the people within them to do their best work.
Our unique approach to Office 365 is based on our consultant’s years of experience, working with over 500 organisations worldwide. We have seen almost all situations and encountered some of the most challenging environments and complex organisations. These experiences have allowed us to know ‘what good looks like’ and what works, enabling us to have an immediate impact by quickly understanding the pain points and end user resistance towards technology adoption. Our agile methodology and carefully designed adoption services allow us to create world class adoption strategies in days, not months.
We are a group of passionate and experienced Prosci change practitioners who have a breadth of industry experience, with deep expertise in Microsoft technologies and change management concepts. Our speciality is combining this knowledge and experience into simple and eloquent change management tactics, resulting in fast adoption times. Our unique and creative approach helps our customers achieve faster results and ensures that they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to lead change in an evergreen and constantly changing digital landscape.
Our global capabilities
We have an established presence in the UK and the US with experienced delivery resources. Changing Social is headquartered in Bristol England, but are connected to a worldwide network of ‘known-to-us’ Prosci certified change consultants with experience in delivering complex Microsoft Office 365 projects and programmes of work.
